Day Out of Time
July 25 completes the 13 Moon calendar year as a separate day between the Cosmic Moon and the beginning of a new year on July 26.
A day between two years
Thirteen Moons of 28 days make 364 days. In Dreamspell, the next, 365th day belongs to neither a Moon nor a day of the week. It corresponds to July 25 in the Gregorian calendar; the new 13 Moon year begins on July 26.
Time as art
Foundation for the Law of Time materials connect the day with the phrase “Time is Art,” creativity, peace through culture and completion of the previous cycle. These are meanings within the modern 13 Moon tradition, not a generally recognised civil holiday.
Why July 25
The date immediately precedes the 13 Moon New Year on July 26. The tradition itself explains July 26 through an association with the rising of Sirius; this is the system’s own account and should not be presented as a universal historical or astronomical fact.
Ways to observe the day
Pause, review the cycle, forgive, complete unfinished matters, spend time in nature or express the experience through music, drawing, dance and shared creativity. This is an invitation to personal practice, not a prescribed set of rituals.
Not Haab or Wayeb
